A survey launched in 1998 showed approximately 40 million pool players in the United States alone. Worldwide figures top at roughly 150 million, an astonishing number indeed. Although the majority of them are still men, a growing number of women are now enjoying what this great sport has to offer. A percentage rate taken in the U.S. in the same study shows a remarkably small gender gap with 37% of the players being women. Hence our expanding line of female oriented pool cues !

In the early part of the year 2000, Africa, became the sixth continent to receive a membership with the W.P.A.(World Pool-Billiard Association). Now more than 100 countries have joined ranks the W.P.A. with the only exception being that of, multinational continent, Antarctica.
