Opening an account with www.B2Bsmartcue.com is all too easy. Simply click "Sign Up Now" and fill out the form with your contact information. When you place an order you will be prompted to log in with your Smart cue ID and password. Your account will contain a personal management system and is the safest, easiest and fastest way to order. It also serves as a way to track your orders across the globe in real time. You can also use our webmail system to confirm and communicate with us.

How can I become a member? Is there any qualification required?

Why am I having trouble logging in?

It may be that you have forgotten your password or have entered contradicting information during the sign up operation.
Try clicking "Forgotten Your Password?", enter your personal email address, and your Smart cue ID and password will be emailed to you immediately.

Can I change my personal information?

Yes, you can change any of the information you had previously entered. Note however that the Smart cue ID must always stay the same.

How do I e-mail Smart cue?

You cannot send an e-mail to Smart cue directly from your personal e-mail address. You must either use the WEB MAIL CENTER page on the site under Members. Or, if you are not yet a Smart cue member, you can simply click "Contact Us" at the far bottom of your screen.
