• To start, we will need an upload of any blueprints, drawings or pictures you may have, along with some detailed written descriptions of the design you have in mind. Otherwise you can always inform us on your personal needs or share your some of your ideas with us and our team of design experts will supply you with several solutions to choose from.
• A Minimum Quantity of 100 pieces per design is required.
• Notice:
  According to the rights of copyright, trademark, patent and the other intellectual property, the liability of infringement will belong to you, the provider, of the original designs.

As soon as your orders are received and accepted, we'll handle them according to your requirements and confirm with you immediately. We will then set up a sales confirmation day with you.

Please complete your payment via wire transfer (T/T) within 3 days from the Sales Confirmation Day and remember to indicate your order number. You will receive a notice, announcing Payment Confirmation after we receive your payment.

• Estimated Time of Departure:
  Within 45 days from Sales Confirmation Day.
  
• Estimated Time of Arrival:
  3~7 days after E.T.D.
  You will then receive delivery notification with a tracking number.
  You also have the option of checking the delivery process of the orders on the DHL website.

All shipments to the US only are exempt from shipping fees and duty. Shipping fees may apply for the deliveries outside the US. See sales confirmation for details.
